Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our warehouse office located in Central part of Singapore.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. For Singapore based shipping, if you place your order before 6pm on a working day, your item is immediately prepared and packed to be handed over to our local courier, and will be shipped within 48 hours.

We are currently not taking in any overseas delivery until further easing of COVID 19 measures to avoid lost /delayed courier/postage in transit. We seek your kind understanding. 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 24-48hours on order placement.  If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hrs, please drop us an email at sensewithlove28@gmail.com

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Free Shipping Over $30 SGD Spent. Valid for Singapore based orders only.

For single orders below $30 SGD, we charge $4 flat. 

Q. What countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 issue and limited flights out of Singapore, we are not taking any overseas orders for now until further notice.

 
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. Our items are all priced in Singapore Dollar (SGD)

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We currently accept payments through all major credit cards and PayPal.

QPossible to Refund after ordering? 

A. Due diligence by our logistic team ensure that your items are carefully packed and checked for quality assurance prior to delivery.

Our items are hand delivered to your desired destination/party by own our delivery fleet.

In the case an item comes damaged, please email us at sensewithlove28@gmail.com and we’d be happy to resolve your request. We request a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution.

Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged. Do note, the above issues must be reported within 7 calendar days on receiving your item .Replacement items will be shipped out in the next shipment once confirmed by our courier.



Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure as we only use Secure Checkout facility. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
